Zadona Agri-Industrial Company Hosted Younis Al-Assi, the Governor of Tubas and the Northern Jordan Valley, and Chelsea Kinsman, The Representative of the Political Department in the American Office for Palestinian Affairs.
Tuesday, Tubas – Zadona Agri-Industrial Company, one of Sinokrot Holding Companies, hosted Younis Al-Assi, the governor of Tubas and the Northern Jordan Valley, and Chelsea Kinsman, the representative of the Political Department in the American Office for Palestinian Affairs and their accompanying delegation. This visit came to introduce the nature and importance of Zadona Factory in supporting the national economy and creating employment opportunities for youths.
The General Manager of the Zadona factory, Mr. Hamdallah Al-Qalalweh, accompanied the delegation on an introductory tour of the factory and show them the foodstuffs processing within it. Mr. Qalalweh highlighted the importance of the Zadona factory in the northern regions (Tubas and the Northern Jordan Valley), which are areas that are threatened geopolitically by the occupation, in addition to its importance in terms of supporting the Palestinian economy and creating job opportunities.
Through this visit, Mr. Qalalweh represented the needs and requirements of the agricultural sector in the Northern Jordan Valley in front of the governor and the representative of the American office to promote the growth of the national product at the local and global levels. Mrs. Kinsman expressed her admiration for the quality of the agricultural products produced by the Zadona factory and thanked the working staff for their efforts in manufacturing.
The Export Manager, Mr. Ayman Sinokrot, stated: “Despite the economic and political difficulties that the state faces, Zadona factory has an excellent market share in the Palestinian and lands of 1948 markets, in addition to our continuous efforts towards increasing the rate of export abroad, reaching new countries globally, and expanding the foodstuff basket of Zadona products.
It is worth noting that Zadona Agro-Industrial Company, one of Sinokrot Holding companies, based in the governorate of Tubas, is the first and newest Palestinian company in the field of pickles industry, as it exports its products to the markets of the United States of America, Britain, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Kuwait, with a percentage of 30% of the annual production.
