Pal Gardens Agricultural Company, one of Sinokrot Holding Companies, completed the occupational safety training course, organized by the Jericho Chamber of Commerce, which lasted for four separate days at the company’s headquarters in Al-Ouja – Jericho.
The course touched on important axes, mainly, how to manage risks, deal with work threats, and maintain the safety and security of the worker during the production stages, through practical and theoretical training inside the Pal Gardens factory for the Quality Department.
The Quality Department in our company referred to the standards and policies followed inside the factory and applied under public and occupational safety standards, with an introductory tour of all the company’s facilities.
Eng. Mo’men Sinokrot, director of Pal Gardens Agricultural Company, said: “Our company is always striving to keep pace with any development in the occupational safety system, with our continuous keenness to train our staff and develop their work experiences with every new thing.”
He added that the training included many important axes that should be focused on by the Quality Department to stay ahead in the field of Palestinian Medjool dates. He also highlighted that there was an exchange of experiences and a practical application of the quality departments between our company and other companies during the training course.
